In Nov ’16 during an interim assignment, we were asked to coordinate the 3rd day of the official State-visit of the King and Queen of the Belgiums to High Tech Campus, Eindhoven. We worked in close cooperation with both the Dutch- as the Belgium Royal Palace and the embassy of Belgium in The Netherlands. As chairman and speaker of the day, welcomed His Majesty King Phillippe of Belgium.
Why did we step in this challenge?
The biggest challenge of this project was to have many different parties working together within a very short time: the Dutch and Belgian Royal Houses, the Province of Noord-Brabant, the Municipality of Eindhoven, police, large and small companies of High Tech Campus, suppliers. .… Parties with the same goal: to ensure that the State visit went smoothly.
And … it worked! Planning to the minute, inspiring stories, great food and drinks, happy faces and nothing that went wrong. Nothing? Almost nothing 🙂 Want to know more or can we take on such a challenge together? Get in touch!
